Beaumanoir Group officially acquires Sarenza.com

On November 2, the Beaumanoir Ready-to-wear Group officially purchased the main French shoe and clothing sales site Sarenza.com. This rapprochement responds to the Beaumanoir Group’s e-commerce development strategy to impose itself as the main French marketplace lifestyle.

Sarenza.com allows the Beaumanoir Group to be positioned on 4 segments: fashion at low prices for the whole family with La Halle; fashion accessible with Cache Cache, Bonobo and Bréal; the accessible premium, very feminine and more urban with Morgan and Caroll; And finally, shoe and fashion online with Sarenza.

Thanks to this new investment, the Breton Group is positioned as a major player in e-commerce.
