Opening of the 1st Cache Cache store
Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, the Group Direction decided to open their first Cache Cache store. Three years later, they went on to develop a franchise network.

Creation of C-LOG
Beaumanoir Group centralised its logistics operations by creating its subsidiary, C-LOG, and commissioning a new 10,000 m² logistics site in Pleudihen-sur-Rance. This was done to support the Group’s brands in their period of strong growth and to develop an external logistics service offering.

In 2020, the Group's ambition was to expand its brand portfolio. To support this ambition, the Beaumanoir family acquired La Halle in July of that year, enabling the Group to enter the affordable family fashion market. This acquisition helped to preserve an iconic French brand and numerous jobs, while also increasing the Group’s nationwide presence.

In line with its diversification strategy, the Group acquired Caroll, thereby strengthening its position in the accessible premium market alongside Morgan.

Acquisition of Sarenza.com
Beaumanoir Group reached a new strategic milestone by acquiring Sarenza.com, thereby strengthening its position in the e-commerce market. Sarenza.com is renowned for its wide range of shoes, clothing and accessories.

In 2024, La Halle returned to a growth path, repositioning itself in its traditional market and officially joining the direct operations of Beaumanoir Group.
Then, in June 2024, the Beaumanoir Group acquired the Boardriders Group's operations, including its iconic brands Quiksilver, Roxy, Billabong, DC Shoes, Element, and RVCA, in Western Europe. This acquisition diversify Beaumanoir Group’s portfolio in lifestyle and outdoor brand distribution, as well as helping to develop the wholesale business, which is a key strategic focus for Boardriders.

Takeover of the Jennyfer and Naf Naf brands
In 2025, Beaumanoir Group expanded its portfolio by acquiring the Jennyfer and Naf Naf brands. This move forms part of a growth strategy aimed at offering an increasingly range of fashion products through brands with complementary identities. Within this framework, the Group unveiled its new strategic positioning: Jennyfer joined the VIBS division alongside Cache Cache, Bréal and Bonobo, while Naf Naf became part of La Halle's universe.
